Go, My Heart, and give a new meaning to life,
Be brave and leave everything behind.
As a breath of wind my world flies away
And hides all memories under a veil.

While I can’t feel the earth beneath my feet,
Fear of Darkness is upon me and inside me.
My mind, my eyes, my hands are all a deep pain
That will not go away. Never again.

But in the night, while Death is black and glum,
as an Angel, clear and bright, Hope, You come,
My name You spell out, my destiny You light,
A book that You, My Heart, will have to write.
